ABOUT THE MBSR COURSE
The MBSR-NYC Program by Dr. Myra Weiss is a modified version of the program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and colleagues at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center-Stress Reduction Clinic*
MBSR-NYC is generally taught in eight (8) sessions. The student chooses whether to learn with a small group or in individual/couple sessions. Included in this Course is Dr. Weiss’ Mindfulness Meditation CD.
